Do you store my wallet data?
No. We only read public blockchain data using your wallet address. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases, and we don't store transaction data after your session.
What chains are supported?
Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche, and zkSync. More chains added regularly. All chains available on all paid tiers.
What counts as a "hash classification"?
Each unique transaction hash you submit counts as one classification. Re-running the same hash doesn't use another — results are cached. Starter accounts get 50 free classifications (no expiry). Pro gets 500/month. Accountant gets 2,000/month. Firm is unlimited.
Can I use this with Koinly or CoinTracker?
Yes. Our CSV export is formatted to be compatible with both Koinly and CoinTracker import formats. Firm tier includes direct integration options.
What is a "seat" on the Firm plan?
A seat is one accountant login with full access to unlimited classifications, the multi-client dashboard, and white-label features. Add or remove seats anytime — billing adjusts immediately.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with your card on file. Cancel before day 14 and you won't be charged. After 14 days your subscription begins automatically. Starter is $49/mo (300 classifications), Pro is $99/mo (1,000 classifications), Firm is $199/seat/mo (unlimited).
